MEET THE FOUNDERS
DIANE SMITH
CEO/Founder
Diane has spent the last 45+ years working in Baltimore and around the state of Maryland with various theatre organizations that include professional, semi-professional, and community theatre houses, in addition to educational theatre.
Diane has an AA Degree from CCBC Essex and a BA from The University of Phoenix. By day, Diane is the Director of Creative Arts for The Beth Tfiloh Community School where she has been for the past 21 years and serves as the Chair of the Creative Arts Department as well as the Artistic Director and Theatre Instructor for their Award-Winning Theatre Arts Program. In addition to running the BT Program, she was one of the co-founders of the National Award-Winning Baltimore youth community
theatre, Children’s Playhouse of Maryland.
Diane received the Most Distinguished Alumni Award from CCBC in 2008 for her contributions to the Baltimore Theatre Community and her outstanding dedication and work with young people in the Arts. She is also the recipient of Teacher of The Year honors in 2011 from Beth Tfiloh High School. Diane resides in Towson, Maryland with her husband Jerry and their pets Beau and Zooey.

NICK LOGUE
CTO/Founder
Since the young age of 12 years old, Nick has been involved in productions ranging from local community theaters where he got his start to world concert tours where he later ended up helping many top artists achieve cutting edge SPFX, lighting, and laser designs.
From creating a responsive real time learning algorithm for Lady Gaga's laser piano to programming for Paul McCartney's world tour, Nick has been heavily involved in the live concert touring industry. He also worked on live TV events such as America's Got Talent, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and the BET Awards as well as for an array of professional sports teams across the U.S. including extensive work for the LA Kings and Lakers at Staples Center and for the Washington DC Capitals, Wizards, and Mystics at Capital One Arena.
With a background in product management, Nick previously helped to develop award-winning DMX controlled laser software: Beam Composer. Nick spent most of his career helping take laser software/hardware to the next level while ensuring customer's demands were met. When Nick is not working on live productions, he can be found in the recording studio.
