Rental Policy

To ensure the best experience with our rentals, please note that we can only ship gear upon receipt of payment and a valid certificate of insurance. We strongly recommend booking projectors well in advance to secure their availability. Any bookings confirmed less than 4 weeks out from the delivery date are subject to a $250 rush fee.

Additionally, before any equipment can be shipped out, we must receive the following:

Copy of Certificate of Insurance showing you have valid insurance covering the gear rental. The requirements of the COI will be provided once the order is confirmed. For most organizations/schools that already have insurance, this is just a phone call.
Confirmation that an experienced Technical Director, Stagehand, Projectionist, SLShowTech technician or other professional that is experienced with hanging and rigging will be handling the installation/removal of the projector.
Payment via check or credit card. Please note a fee of 3.7% is added to all orders placed with a credit card. Purchase orders are also accepted.
